Starting September 28, 2020, we are offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders!
Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, with the exception of orders using expressed and next day delivery. Custom and Mask orders have a 5-7 Business Day Lead time. Expect Delays for additional custom requests. When an item has been processed, an order cannot be canceled. We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our preferred method of delivery. If any problems arise between the time an item is shipped out and received by you, we ask you to speak with your local USPS. If in the event the item is not processed with USPS, we will notify you of the delivery method and provide accurate tracking information.
All Consignment Orders totaling over $35 will require a Signature at Delivery. Multiple orders to the same location will be shipped in the same parcel and a signature is required.
All custom mask orders will have a $4.99 shipping rate added to invoices. All other "Made-to-Order" Mask orders will be ship for free.
Shoe Orders: New in Box
All New-in-Box Shoe orders will require a signature at delivery.

All sales are final. Items are sold in “As-is” condition and cannot be returned or refunded. We will provide an accurate description of the item, including but not limited to brand name, brand size, and condition of the item. If additional information is requested, please contact us via chatroom, email, phone, or social media direct messaging.
If you receive an item that does not match the description provided, you may request a refund and the item must be sent back to us. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you and a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method upon delivery of item.
Items that do not fit the Buyer cannot be returned. Some items will be displayed on models while others will be displayed on dress forms and mannequins. If you receive an item that does not fit, you have the option to resell it on the site for the original selling price. Buyer will receive commission if the item(s) sells. Buyer cannot receive a full refund for the item they purchased.
Items used with a promo code or credit are deemed as “Final Sale” and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Items damaged during shipping are subject to a refund. We ask you to contact us immediately if an item is damaged. Our mission is to end textile waste, therefore if we do not request the item to be sent back to us, we ask you to recycle the item properly. For stolen packages, please contact your local postal office. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Upcycled and Custom Orders
All "Ready-to-Ship" Upcycled pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us for refunds. Due to limited stock and uniqueness of items, some pieces cannot be exchanged.
For custom orders, returns/exchanges are only allowed after 15 days of receiving the item. If adjustments or alterations are needed, please contact us. All mask orders are final sale. If you receive a mask that doesn't fit, we ask that you contact us immediate. Mask orders cannot be returned or refunded.
