All orders ship with a $4.99 Flat Rate. Receive FREE SHIPPING on orders $25+. We offer Same/Next Day Home Delivery (*within 50 mile radius), FREE Studio Pickup, and Express Delivery options. USPS is our preferred shipping method.
Same/Next Day Home Delivery
We now offer home delivery for an additional $7.99! You can choose this option during checkout. Orders placed before 2PM can be ready for same day delivery after 3PM. Orders placed after 2PM will be delivered next day. We will notify you when the order is ready. This offer is only available to customers within a 50 mile radius from the ReneA's Closet Studio. Option will automatically appear when you input delivery zipcode. Customers must be present and sign for delivery. If you will not be present, please note the pickup person in order details. Please have your ID ready upon delivery.
FREE Studio Pickup
Customers who choose the Studio Pickup Option will will be notified via email and text. Orders are ready next day. Please do not arrive to studio before receiving order confirmation. Please have your ID present during pickup. If you would like someone to pickup your order, please note their name and number in the order details. They must have their ID available. Pickup hours are Monday through Friday from 4PM to 7PM and Saturdays from 1PM to 5PM.
OOO: Vacation Updates
Orders placed before 2PM EST on the day prior to the start of a vacation or Out-of-Office notice will ship on time. All other orders will be delayed. Please note orders placed during a vacation period will not be subject to refund if arriving late. Cancellation of orders placed during a vacation or OOO will be completed when the period is over. If you placed an order during a vacation period but would like to cancel it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Orders will be processed and ship the following day of return, and cannot be cancelled after it has been processed.

"The Closet": Consignment and Resale Shop
Items are sold in "As-is" condition, and details will be noted in descriptions. We will provide details, such as condition (NWT, NWOT, Gently Used, etc.), tag size, measurements (if applicable), brand name, missing embellishments or replacement buttons, etc. You can request additional information or pictures by contacting us via email or chat. Social Media Direct Messaging are also options for speedy contact.
If you receive an item that does not match the description provided, you may request a refund and the item must be sent back to us. A prepaid shipping label will be provided to you and a refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to the original payment method upon delivery of item.
Items damaged during shipping are subjected to a refund. We ask you to contact us immediately if an item is damaged. Our mission is to end textile waste, therefore if we do not request the item to be sent back to us, we ask you to recycle the item properly. For stolen packages, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Upcycled and Custom Orders
All "Ready-to-Ship" Upcycled pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us for refunds. Due to limited stock and uniqueness of items, some pieces cannot be exchanged.
You have up 7 days to return and/or exchange Custom orders or "Made-to-Order" pieces. Please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If an item is out-of-stock or unable to be exchanged for a new size, we will process your refund after receiving your item. Customer will be required to pay return shipping.
