Section I: Privacy of Buyers

The term “Buyer” refers to a user who utilized the online store and made purchases. The information collected from the Buyer will be used for the purposes of processing orders, providing email marketing, and tracking of customer service issues. By utilizing the services and online store, the Buyer consents to their personal information being stored and cataloged. The Buyer has the right to deny email marketing. Personal data will not be distributed or sold to third-party services. Personal information and data about the Buyer will be confidential. This site is powered and hosted by Wix.com using their recommended online platform. Fraudulent tracking will allow us to effectively catch fraud and provide a safe community for our Buyers. If determined of fraud, such as credit card and identity theft, we reserve the right to ban any users and report their suspicious activity to the proper authorities. Any incriminating information will be handed over to the authorities.

Section II: Privacy of Sellers

The term “Seller” refers to a user who submits consignment and donations to the ReneA’s Closet online store. The information collected from the Seller will be used for the purposes of tracking consignment inventory, processing commission checks and payments, providing email marketing, and tracking of customer service issues. By utilizing the services, the Seller consents to their personal information being stored and cataloged. The Seller has the right to deny email marketing. Personal data will not be distributed or sold to third-party services. Personal information and data about the Seller will be confidential. This site is powered and hosted by Wix.com using their recommended online platform. Fraudulent tracking will allow us to effectively catch fraud and provide a safe community for our Sellers. If determined of fraud, such as stolen goods and produces, invalid payments and identity theft, we reserve the right to ban any users and report their suspicious activity to the proper authorities. Any incriminating information will be handed over to the authorities.

Section III: Use of Service

All users must be of legal required age of their state or providence, or a user must be of legal required age of their state and providence and give consent of use for their minor dependents. Illegal items sent to ReneA’s Closet will not be sold to the public and will be turned over to the proper authorities.

Marketing and Customer Service data are powered by Wix.com using their preferred marketing and email campaigning services. We reserve the right to collect and analyze data for the purposes of marketing and campaigning. We use the following marketing outlets:

• Search Engine Optimization

• Social Media Branding (Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok)

• Email campaigning and marketing

Users have the right to opt-out of email marketing by selecting “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of a marketing email. Monthly audits are conducted internally to ensure all unsubscribed users are removed from the database. We reserve the right to retain customer information for up to 4 years of last invoiced order. All customers will continue to receive email correspondence regarding orders, store changes, policy changes, etc. Our marketing outlets will not utilize your personal data for unsolicited gains. The data we collect, and store will remain confidential and will not be sold to third-party services. We use and analyze the data collected to create a seamless shopping experience for our Buyers and improve the service for our Sellers.

We reserve the right to change, revise, and omit information stated in this privacy policy without prior knowledge. With continued use of service, the user consents to the revised version of the terms and policies. Existing users will be emailed of updates; but it is the responsibility of the user to periodically review any updated policies.
